The Sharks have
assembled the best golfers (Pros & Amateurs)
from the Ventura and Santa Barbara counties to
represent our community. Competing against other
southern division teams (Orange County
Wedge, LA Stars,
San Diego Spikes, Inland Empire
Styx, and Palm Springs Extreme Heat),
the Sharks consistently demonstrate the ability
to win under pressure and play golf at a very
high level.
Join the community and follow your home-town National
Championship team as it competes with NBA and
NFL style enthusiasm six times over a three-month
fall season. The division tournaments consist
of a 27 hole Ryder Cup style format (best-ball,
alternate-shot, & scramble), where crowd involvement
is encouraged. Imagine the great experience of
walking on the fairways with these great players,
instead of looking over the shoulders of other
fans in the crowd outside the ropes. This is a
fun opportunity to get up close and personal with
our team, experience seeing their shots up close,
and hear the conversations between, players, caddies,
and captains. Come watch our top-notch professional
and amateur golfers play an exciting and aggressive
brand of golf that local sports fans will enjoy
and cheer.
